Hi,

I am planning to buy a flat in a building-Niharika constructed by Kanakia builders.The site address is :
Gladys Alwares Road,
Off Pokhran Road No. 2
Thane (West).

Is this plot under forest land ? Please can you advise me as to how should I proceed.How should I ensure that the land is not forest land and the title is clear.

Please advise.
